Meet Anna Empowering Doula Babywearing Expert

Hi, I'm Anna! I'm a birth doula based in Winter Springs, Florida, and a proud mom to two beautiful children. I'm also married to my amazing husband and love spending time with my family, whether we’re out camping, exploring nature, or geeking out over Dungeons & Dragons podcasts. I'm a firm believer in the love of Jesus and strive to reflect that love in how I support others, no matter their background or beliefs.

My journey into birth work began with my own experiences. My first birth, an unplanned cesarean after a long labor, left me feeling tired, defeated, and disempowered. Determined to have a different experience, I prepared extensively for my second birth and went on to have a beautiful VBAC at AdventHealth Orlando. That transformative experience sparked a deep passion in me to help other women feel confident, informed, and supported as they navigate their own birthing journeys.

As a doula, I’m especially passionate about advocacy, breastfeeding, VBACs, and babywearing. My approach is centered on helping you feel empowered in your choices. I don't make decisions for you, but I will be by your side, helping you ask the right questions, find reliable evidence-based information, and feel strong in your role as your own best advocate.

Breastfeeding was a struggle for me with my first baby, even though it was something I deeply wanted. Through independent research and determination, I overcame those early challenges and eventually breastfed my daughter for two beautiful years. Now, I bring that experience into my work with clients, offering nonjudgmental, personalized support for anyone who chooses to breastfeed, and helping you feel equipped and confident in your feeding journey.

Babywearing became another game-changer for me, especially with two little ones to chase after! I became passionate about learning the different types of carriers and how to use them safely and effectively. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, babywearing can be an empowering tool that gives you freedom and connection. I love helping parents discover how it can make everyday life a little easier.
